About Us:
Today, ALLTHERM is one of the larger mechanical contractors providing heating and cooling solutions to meet the needs of residential customers in Maine and its commercial clients along the eastern seaboard. We continue to incorporate the most technologically advanced products on budget, employ best industry practices and help provide opportunities for the next generation. With many of our projects now LEED-Certified, an accolade of resource efficiency, ALLTHERM has become a trusted industry leader.
We get excited about technology and how we can use it to solve heating and cooling problems; we constantly look at new and emerging technologies for better ways to solve the problems our clients are having. Our specialty products division incorporated geothermal options in the 90’s long before going green became popular.
During the recession we focused on growing our commercial market with clients who were very eager to implement the resources were so excited about. Y2K was a pivotal year, marking the entrance of energy conscious residential consumers. Digital information made it possible for homeowners to become better educated and they valued the recommendations we had been making all along. With advances in the HVAC industry and manufacturers competing for energy efficiency awards, we continued to incorporate the most energy efficient solutions. Ductless mini-split heat pumps had become a standard, reliable option by the year 2010. Efficiency Maine rebates would help promote inverter technology advancements as a supplemental efficient source of space heating. But, it will be the energy conscious consumer driving the market for solutions that utilize ductless mini-split heat pumps as a whole-house remedy by the year 2020.
